Our loyal farming partners supply the best possible grass fed cattle to our facility in the heart of Ireland each week. Ashbourne Meat Processors employ nearly 200 people and operates from two facilities located in Ireland. Slaughtering and cold-storage facilities in Roscrea with deboning and cold storage facilities in Naas.

Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board - administer and monitor our beef processing ensuring the highest standards throughout production. Bord Bia aims to have all schemes accredited to international norms, specifically EN45011.
The British Retail Consortium (BRC) first introduced its Global Standard for Food Safety in 1998. Today the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety has almost 16,000 certified sites in over 100 countries world-wide. Ashbourne Meats are a BRC certified site in Ireland.
EFSIS provides retailers, manufacturers, farmers and caterers throughout the world with expert inspection and certification of their operations, to ensure only the highest standards are maintained. Standards which Ashbourne Meats are proud to adhere to.

Naas, January 2018
Ashbourne Meats in conjunction with the Limousin Society hold a recurring Carcass Competition. This competition is very well supported with more than 300 cattle in 2018.
